Adult Fitness Programs
Sunrise Swim: The Sunrise Swim program will be held on Monday through Friday mornings - hours are generally 5:30a.m - 7:00a.m., however please refer to weekly schedule updates for full schedule details and changes. This program is only open to adult members of our pool for lap swimming.
Lap Swimming: Lap swimming is available during Monday - Friday at the same time the Water Aerobics class is in session, as well as and during all open swim times. Water walking is permitted during open swim hours. Aqua shoes/socks can be worn by adults. During evening lessons, lap swimming may be reduced to two lanes from 5:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. If the staff observes that more space is needed by lap swimmers or recreational swimmers, they will make necessary lane adjustments. We appreciate your input.
Adult Swim Lesson & Stroke Technique Class: Hill Farm Adult Swim Class is offered on Monday and Wednesday evenings for five weeks. The goal of this class is to increase the comfort level of adult swimmers in the water, as well as to build proficiency, strength, and endurance in their strokes.
“Swim and Stay Fit”: Swim and Stay Fit is a planned activity to encourage adults to swim regularly and frequently until 50 or more miles are reached. A chart is located at the front of the office to record your mileage. Sixty-four (64) lengths equals one mile.
Adult Aqua Fitness Class (aka Water Aerobics): Adult Aqua Fitness Class meets Monday - Friday from 12:30 - 1:30. Evening classes will meet Tuesday and Thursday from 7:00 - 8:00 p.m. Times occasionally subject to changed, so please check the weekly schedule updates for the most current information.
